Taking responsibility for things when they go wrong is rare in the telecommunications industry. This is one of Adodo's strengths and a main reason why customers enjoy the service.

However, before reporting line faults there are a few simple rules.

The service provider will not deal with a fault unless the following has been established;

  1. Checked your internal wiring
  2. Checked the equipment connected to the line
  3. The exact nature of the fault

When you call or email, ensure that you have the following information to hand:

  1. The telephone number or circuit reference number.
  2. The name and telephone number of the person in your company who we can contact while the fault is being traced.

When the fault is resolved, we will inform the same person.

If the line is busy please ensure that you leave a message containing the nature of the fault and you contact details so that we can call you back.
